| Station # 2 Open House |

On Saturday August 11th 2012 from 11:00 to 5:00, Milton Fire & Rescue will be holding an open house for the new Station # 2 that was re-built after the March 2nd tornado. The Fire Department not only has survived a tornado and re-built from that but has also suffered a large budget cut two months after the tornado hit. Milton Fire & Rescue has lived up to the sign spray painted on broken tables and placed in front of the blown down Station # 2 stating "We will re-build". Well, we have re-built and we are moving up and moving on. We would like for everybody to please attend our open house. Come try out the food from our new donated food trailer, tour the new Fire Station, and see the apparatus including the new Engine replacing the one we lost in the tornado as well. We are and will continue to serve our citizens and those that pass through our area.
